Terms and Conditions
1. No OC / Unpaid Downpayment: If the downpayment is not paid within one day, the item will not be reserved for you.
2. Cancellation Fee: Once the order confirmation (OC) is sent, a 50% cancellation fee will apply.
3. Late Payment: If no payment is received within two days after the date of purchase (DOP) and no valid reason is provided, the order will be cancelled. Short extensions may be given for valid reasons.
4. Late Fees: A late fee of PHP 50 per day will be charged for payments made after 12:00 AM.
5. Proof of Payment: A screenshot of the payment is required; without it, the payment will not be considered valid.
6. Shipping Fees: The buyer is responsible for local shipping fees (LSF) and any customs fees, if applicable.
7. Seller Liability: The seller is not responsible for any losses or damages once the items have been shipped.
8. Refund Inquiries: Refund inquiries will only be considered if the damage is due to the seller's fault.
9. Terms and Conditions Compliance: Refunds will not be processed if the buyer fails to read or follow the terms and conditions.
10. Unboxing Video: Provide an unboxing video with the item still secured in its original and sealed packaging. Cut or edited videos are not valid.
11. Item Hold Duration: Items will only be held for a maximum of three weeks. After that period, items will be posted for sale again without further reminders.

International courier

STS Logistics usually arrives in 2-3 weeks, we will notify about delays but they are beyond our control.
